- Performance System: This is a service that will help maintain the performance of your system to ensure it is working as efficiently as possible, so you don’t overpay on utilities. Includes furnace cleaning.
Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating’s Club Cost: $14.95 + tax per month or $189 + tax per year
As a Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating’s Club customer, you will receive an annual service on your complete water supply and waste removal system and a 5% discount on repairs. In this service, we will perform a check in the following areas of your plumbing system.
- Mechanical System:This is a complete inspection service of all fixtures such as Toilets, Faucets, Water Heaters, etc.
- Safety System: This is a complete inspection service of all accessible supply lines and isolation systems that are the leading cause of flood/leak damage.
- Performance System:This is a service that will test the performance of your waste and drainage lines, along with the total water supply pressure for performance and longevity. Drains lines will be treated with Total C as appropriate.
