I was house-sitting and the basement flooded. Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating responded within the hour and provided me with everything I needed to fix the problem even including the info for fixing the water damage through the insurance even though the homeowners were in Cambodia. Talk about excellent service these guys deserve it.
